Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Areas: We currently ship across the UAE. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. Ownership & Risk: Ownership of the products transfers to you upon successful delivery. CarryOn is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

1.  Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, in their original condition, with tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.
2. Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting returned items. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
